Once you've arrived in our wellness paradise, it's time to take a deep breath, especially in the fresh air grotto. But the various saunas also offer fine aromas for refreshing inhalation. Choose the experience that suits you and your mood. Garden sauna—open daily from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, or perhaps a visit to the steam bath?

Enjoy the freshness of the water. After a sauna visit, it's best to go – preferably barefoot – to our swimming pond and take a plunge into the refreshing water. It's invigorating, stimulating, and motivating. Feel the water embrace you and give you new strength while swimming and cooling off after nature experiences.

Draw strength from nature. You can do so in our garden, but not only there. In the House of Silence, a peaceful atmosphere awaits you, where you can unwind. Leave everyday life behind and focus solely on yourself. Or perhaps you feel like spreading your yoga mat by the swimming pond?

Put on your cosy bathrobe and head out into our hotel park. It's ideal kick back and put your feet up. Frogs at the pond and birds in the old trees occasionally provide a symphonic concert, and small, fine paths meander past quiet places of rest.
